Christians in Niger continue to face extreme persecution from Boko Haram, an Islamic extremist group. This month Boko Haram kidnapped a Christian woman, only to send her back to her village with a letter addressed to all believers in the area, warning them to leave town or be killed. Boko Haram militants are responsible for the deaths of thousands of people through Nigeria and Niger.
